Luna Gale is a play that tackles the challenges of child protection cases and the biases that can impact the process. It takes place in 7 different locations, but the settings reside within the observation of an institutional world. The audience watches the play through an oversized "2-way mirror" (referenced in the script). While the characters are making decisions based on their experiences and biases, so is the audience. There are 354 files cabinets, but one open cabinet represents that this is just one file out of the many cases in the foster care system.
